1 Faith of our mothers, living still in spite of dungeon, fire, and sword; oh, how our hearts beat high with joy whene’er we hear that glorious word!

2 The mothers chained in prison cells were still in heart and conscience free, and bless’d would be their children’s fate if they, like them, should die for thee! [Refrain]
3 Faith of the mothers, we will love both friend and foe in all our strife, and preach thee, too, as love knows how, by kindly words and virtous life! [Refrain]

I am redeemed, bought with a price,  Jesus has changed my whole life. 
KIf anybody asks you, just who I am, 
tell them I am redeemed. 
1 Where there is hat, love now abides, where there was confusion, peace now reigns.  I’m a PM, child of the King,

3 There’s no shackles on me, I’m as free as I can be;  because Jesus changed my life. He died up on the cross, that’s why I can tell the world that I am redeemed. REFRAIN
4 If you run across anybody that used to know me, tell them I’m doing fine. The last time that you saw me, I was lifting up holy hands, I’ll tell them I’ve been redeemed. REFRAIN

1 God sent His son, they called Him, Jesus. He came to love, heal and forgive. He lived and died to buy my pardon.  An empty grave is there to prove my Savior lives.
REFRAIN: Because He lives, I can face tomorrow because He lives, all fear is gone. Because I know He holds the future and life is worth the living just because He lives.
2 How sweet to hold a newborn baby and feel the pride and the joy he gives.
But greater still the calm assurance this child can face uncertain days because He Lives. REFRAIN

And then, as death gives way to vict’ry I’ll see the lights of glory and I’ll know He reigns. REFRAIN
