Just As I Am, Without One Plea

1 Just as I am, without one plea, but that Thy blood was shed for me, and that Thou bid’st me come to Thee, O Lamb of God, I come! I come!
2 Just as I am, and waiting not to rid my soul of one dark blot; to Thee whose blood can cleanse each spot, O Lamb of God, I come, I come!
3 Just as I am, though tossed about with many a conflict, many a doubt; fightings within, and fears without, OLamb of God, I come, I come!
4 Just as I am, poor, wretched, blind; sight, riches, healing of the mind; yes, all I need, in Thee to find, O Lamb of God, I come, I come!
5 Just as I am, Thou wilt receive, wilt welcome, pardon, cleanse, relieve; because Thy promise I believe, O Lamb of God, I come, I come!
6 Just as I am, Thy love unknown has broken every barrier down; now, to be Thine, yea, Thine alone, O Lamb of God, I come, I come!

There is Power in the Blood

1 Would you be free from the burden of sin? There’s pow’r in the blood, pow’r in the blood; Would you o’er evil a victory win? There’s wonderful pow’r in the blood.
Refrain:
There is pow’r, pow’r, wonder-working pow’r, in the blood of the Lamb; there is pow’r, pow’r, wonder-working pow’r in the precious blood of the Lamb.
2 Would you be free from your passion and pride? There’s pow’r in the blood, pow’r in the blood; Come for a cleansing to Calvary’s tide-“There’s wonderful pow’r in the blood. [Refrain]
3 Would you be whiter, yes brighter than snow? There’s pow’r in the blood, pow’r in the blood; Sin-stains are lost in its life-giving flow- “There’s wonderful pow’r in the blood. [Refrain]
4 Would you do service for Jesus, your King? There’s pow’r in the blood, pow’r in the blood; Would you live daily His praises to sing? There’s wonderful pow’r in the blood. [Refrain]

There is Power In

Faith Of Our Mothers

1 Faith of our mothers, living still in cradle song and bedtime prayer; In nursery lore and fireside love, Thy presence still pervades the air.
REFRAIN: Faith of our mothers, living faith,
We will be true to thee till death.

2 Faith of our mothers, loving faith, fount of our childhood’s trust and grace. Oh, may thy consecration prove source of a finer, nobler race. REFRAIN
3 Faith of our mothers, guiding faith, for youthful longing, youthful doubt. How blurred our vision, blind our way, Thy providential care without. REFRAIN
4 Faith of our mothers, Christian faith, in truth beyond our stumbling creeds, still serve the home and save the Church, and breathe Thy spirit through our deeds. REFRAIN

I am Redeemed

REFRAIN:
I am redeemed, bought with a price,  Jesus has changed my whole life.
If anybody asks you, just who I am,
tell them I am redeemed.

1 Where there was hate, love now abides, where there was confusion, peace now reigns.  I’m a child, child of the King, and it’s all because I am redeemed. REFRAIN
2 I’ll tell of His favor, I’ll tell of His love, I’ll tell it because G-d has been good to me. He purchased my redemption with His precious blood, and from sin he set me free. REFRAIN
3 There’s no shackles on me, I’m as free as I can be;  because Jesus changed my life. He died up on the cross, that’s why I can tell the world that I am redeemed. REFRAIN
4 If you run across anybody that used to know me, tell them I’m doing fine. The last time that you saw me, I was lifting up holy hands, I’ll tell them I am redeemed. REFRAIN

3 My mother prayed for me, had me on her mind, took the time and prayed for me.
4 Jesus The preacher prayed for me, had me on his mind, took the time and prayed for me.

Because He Lives

1 God sent His son, they called Him, Jesus. He came to love, heal and forgive. He lived and died to buy my pardon.  An empty grave is there to prove my Savior lives.
REFRAIN: Because He lives, I can face tomorrow because He lives, all fear is gone. Because I know He holds the future and life is worth the living just because He lives.
2 How sweet to hold a newborn baby and feel the pride and the joy he gives.
But greater still the calm assurance this child can face uncertain days because He Lives. REFRAIN
3 And then one day, I’ll cross that river. I’ll fight life’s final war with pain
And then, as death gives way to vict’ry I’ll see the lights of glory and I’ll know He reigns. REFRAIN

Thy Word is a Lamp Unto My Feet

Thy Word Is a Lamp Unto My Feet

REFRAIN: Thy word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path.
1 When I feel afraid, Think I’ve lost my way,  Still you’re there right beside me, and nothing will I fear. As long as you are near.  Please be near me to the end. REFRAIN

2 Now I will not forget your love for me and yet my heart forever is wandering. Jesus, be my guide and hold me to your side, and I will love you to the end. REFRAIN
